Roger McAniff CEO and Founder Roger has over 35 years of management consulting experience leading companies, projects and management teams to redirect their plans, processes and performance to achieve sustainable success.   He has managed and performed over a hundred national & international consulting projects turning around companies and improving strategy, working relationships, technology, organization, leadership and market performance.  Roger has led over a hundred planning and team retreats, managed consulting groups, chaired the Engineering Management Graduate Program at the University of Alaska Anchorage and led workshops in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Leadership and Organization Behavior.  He has mentored hundreds of business and organizational leaders in defining and achieving their professional and personal goals.  Mr. McAniff has managed the industrial consulting practice of Stone & Webster Management Consulting, was a Principal at Theodore Barry & Associates, managed the consulting operations at Chas. T. Main Inc. and was Alaska consulting manager for Management Analysis Company.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and management, a master’s degree in operations research / business and has done doctoral work in human and organization systems.
